Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information on myUiKits, operated by OliveShip Ltd (UK).

Information We Collect

We only ask for personal information when it is needed to provide our services. Specifically, we collect:

• Your name, email, and password (hashed for security).
• Your NPM username and access token (stored as provided to allow publishing).
• User-generated data, including created kits and components.

Account & Login

Users can sign up with email or Google. Cookies are used for login and signup sessions.

How We Use Information

• Cookies are only used for authentication (refresh tokens and access tokens).
• All created kits that are published are public and visible to the community.
• Individual components not part of a kit remain private to your account.
• Your NPM credentials allow us to publish your kits directly to NPM on your behalf.

Data Storage & Protection

User information is stored in MongoDB Atlas, and all code is stored in AWS S3. We retain data only as long as necessary to provide our services and take commercially reasonable measures to protect it from loss, theft, or unauthorized access.

Sharing of Information

We do not share your personal information with third parties.

Payment

Payments are handled securely by Stripe. We do not process or store payment information directly.

Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account at any time. Once deleted, all personal information, published kits, and associated data will be permanently removed with no trace.
